LIVELY, OPTIMISTIC, DEEP-RED AND FULL OF CONFIDENCE… These are some of the definitions of the word “sanguine”, which is also the name of the brasserie that is housed in the lobby of Oslo’s opera house. The food here has predominantly French, Italian and Spanish influences and the tables are adorned with symbolic red flowers.
